As a resource to plan, coordinate, and schedule intercultural programs and activities across campuses to support students’ development of intercultural competency, diversity, and social justice. Also, work as counselor to facilitate F-1 international student enrollment and admission to CSN by presentation, bilingual inquiry responses, admission guidance and interpretation, and immigration advising to prospective students and adult students. Have been participating and coordinating international programs between CSN and community.

As the project manager for languages testing and assessment projects and research at the Council in China, where I had been directing large-scale project for the past years. Had been involved in directing key stakeholder engagement activities related to IELTS and Aptis both across China and the East Asia region and amongst a range of partners, including higher education institutions and Ministry of Education. Most recently I had been working in the promotion of China's Standards of English(CSE) Linking project and managing conferences such as New Directions East Asia.
